Information processed on your device

Regimenly lets you enter and organize medication-plan details, treatment actions, weight, symptoms, water, nutrition, sleep, mood, notes, inventory, and app settings. This information is stored locally on your device so the app can provide the features you choose to use.

We do not receive this product data from the app. We do not use it for advertising, tracking, profiling, diagnosis, treatment selection, or dose recommendations.

Apple Health

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Regimenly requests read-only access to body-mass data. Regimenly does not write data to Apple Health. Imported copies are stored locally in Regimenly so they can appear in your records.

Apple Health access is optional. Manual weight entry remains available if you do not grant permission or later revoke access in iOS Settings. You can disconnect Apple Health and remove Regimenly's locally imported copies from inside the app. Removing imported copies does not delete the original samples held by Apple Health.

Regimenly does not use health information for advertising, marketing, or data mining.

Purchases

Regimenly uses Apple StoreKit 2 and RevenueCat for optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple processes payment information, billing, trial eligibility, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under Apple's policies. RevenueCat processes subscription and purchase history, Apple transaction or receipt information, a RevenueCat-generated anonymous App User ID, and limited technical information such as device type, operating-system version, and when the app was last seen. Regimenly uses this information to validate purchases, prevent fraud, provide and restore Premium entitlements, and understand aggregate subscription performance.

Regimenly has no account system and does not provide RevenueCat with a custom user ID, name, email address, or phone number. Regimenly does not send medication plans, treatment actions, HealthKit or other health data, doses, regimen details, symptoms, notes, inventory, settings, Visit Summaries, or exports to RevenueCat. This subscription information is not used for advertising or tracking, Regimenly does not access the IDFA, and we do not receive your payment-card information from the app.

Exports and sharing

You can prepare a raw CSV export or, with Premium, a formatted PDF on your device. Regimenly opens Apple's share sheet only after presenting the prepared file for review. You choose whether and where to share or save it.

After an exported copy leaves Regimenly, it is controlled by the destination you selected. Deleting data inside Regimenly cannot delete copies held by Files, Mail, Messages, another app, another person, or another service.

Automated decisions and artificial intelligence

The launch version does not send product data to an artificial-intelligence service. Regimenly provides organization, arithmetic summaries, and bounded descriptive insights. It does not diagnose, choose treatment, recommend a dose, or make automated decisions about your care.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in Regimenly or remove the app, subject to the backup and restore settings of your Apple device.

Delete App Data deletes Regimenly's local product records, notification state, locally imported Apple Health copies, and temporary export files. It does not:

• cancel an App Store subscription;
• delete original samples held by Apple Health;
• delete copies you previously exported outside the app; or
• erase App Store subscription or transaction records retained by Apple or RevenueCat where they are needed to validate or restore purchases, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, or comply with legal obligations.

Regimenly still has no user account or developer-hosted health record to delete. If you have a privacy request concerning subscription information processed by RevenueCat on our behalf, contact Regimenly support. Apple separately controls App Store payment and transaction records under Apple's policies.

Support communications

If you contact support outside the app, we receive the contact information and message you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to your request and retain it only as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.

Do not include medication details, doses, symptoms, health values, exported records, Apple passwords, verification codes, or payment information in a support request.

Regimenly's bundled medication catalog contains narrow factual fields based on U.S. labeling accessed through DailyMed. It may not reflect the most current or complete labeling. Source: National Library of Medicine. NLM does not endorse Regimenly.

Children

Regimenly is not designed for children. Its App Store age rating is determined by Apple from the content declarations submitted for the release, including the app's medical and treatment-related content.

Security

Regimenly relies on Apple's platform storage, permission, and purchase controls. No storage method is completely secure. Protect access to your device and review every destination before exporting sensitive information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Regimenly or its data practices change. We will publish the current policy at the Privacy Policy URL shown in the app and on its App Store listing, with an updated effective date.
